TV GUIDE: Carol Burnett

The Carol Burnett Show was quite possibly the best variety/sketch comedy show that ever there was. The best scenes were, hands-down, the ones where one of the cast broke character and couldn’t stop laughing. Uncontrollable, inappropriate giggling is my favorite. It always reminds me of me and my friend, in what we now call, the:
“Be cool and try not to look high incident.”
How much do I love Carol Burnett? I love her more than tea. I love her more than a perfectly ripe avocado. More than trash pandas love trash. She’s the hero Bonnie Tyler needed and is a three Michelin Star human being. She’s in my top 5 favorite humans of all time and she’s even better than free wifi. If she were a dinosaur, she’d be a Legendasaurus Rex.
I’m just saying … if I were marooned on an island with Carol Burnett, I'd be very sad when I had to eat her.
