Fozzie was the guy with all the dad jokes that usually ended with “Wocka Wocka”.
He looks suspiciously like the Irish comedian James Mulgrew, better known as Jimmy Cricket, who was big in Britain in the 70s and 80s. I was unable to confirm, but I would swear Fozzie was modeled after this guy … with the goofy hat, tie and really dumb one-liners. Go find him on YouTube. You’ll see I’m right.
